Welcome to Top Trumps

The Top Trumps Events Band is a seven piece band (2 trumpets, 2 trombones, keyboard, bass & drums) with top-flight professional level musicians.

Under its Musical Director, Chris Hirst, the band provides a wide range of musical styles suitable for any special event - from Sinatra ballads to 60s and 70s covers, 1940s swing, be-bop and jazz, or just traditional classical 'fayre'.

From country clubs to wedding breakfasts, Top Trumps can make any event quite literally swing. So if you're looking to bring a little celebratory sparkle to your special day, there's no better way than with the distinctive sound of The Top Trumps Events Band.

Tim Power is our highly experienced arranger/composer who works closely with us to ensure that we can play whatever you want.  From the Simpson’s Theme tune to Sibelius - Sinatra to the Spice Girls, we do our best to accommodate you.

We can even organise for you to have a bespoke composition, be it a prelude to walk down the aisle to, or even a corporate theme tune.
